We perform blood tests for adults and children aged 13 and over. The clinics are walk-in – you do not need an appointment.

Children’s blood tests

Children aged 12 and under who need blood tests are seen by the Children’s team at Princess Royal University Hospital (PRUH). This service is appointment-only and booked by GPs.

PRUH walk-in clinic is moving

Blood testing services in Bromley are changing, and from autumn 2018 the PRUH walk-in blood test clinic will move from the PRUH to a nearby site. This is in order to use hospital space for more specialist services. It will not reduce the amount of blood testing services available in Bromley.

NHS Bromley Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) are overseeing the changes. For more information, see the Bromley CCG website. People who have used the PRUH walk-in blood test clinic can also fill in a short survey about the changes.

When to arrive

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the closing time listed. At very busy times it may be necessary to close earlier than the times stated. This is to ensure all test are completed and samples sent to our laboratories within the required time.
