Our Freedom of Information (FoI) page explains the various ways you can access the information you are looking for and how to make a FoI request.
The Freedom of Information Act allows anyone to ask for information held by a public authority, such as King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. The Trust will deal with requests in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act Code of Practice and guidance from the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Press enquiries, other than FoI requests, should be made through our Communications Team.
You can make a request to see your patient records. This comes under the Data Protection Act.
