King’s College Hospital Charity helps us improve the experience of patients and their family and friends. It supports initiatives across the King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust that:

• improve health
• prevent people from becoming ill
• improve diagnosis, treatment and care.

Friends of the Princess Royal University Hospital

Founded in the 1950s, the Friends of the Princess Royal University Hospital (PRUH) aim to improve the lives of patients and staff at Princess Royal University Hospital. They provide extra facilities for wards and departments, and small gifts for patients and staff.

As well as receiving legacies and regular donations they also hold various fundraising activities. These have included book sales, a charity theatre performance at Bromley Little Theatre, cheese and wine evenings, and Christmas cards and gift sales.
